Super fast shipping! I received a pair of vasyli insoles, and they are just right, completely matching what I was looking for.

I give it a single star because the Arnica gel I got doesn’t smell like arnica at all; it just reeks of alcohol. This isn’t what I was looking for. Arnica has a distinct, strong scent, and this gel? I have no clue what it actually is. My client was hoping for arnica, but that’s not what they got. I requested a refund, but I have to cover the shipping costs, which I really don’t appreciate. They should remove this gel from the site; it’s just embarrassing. Maybe the label is wrong, as it’s basically just alcohol. If you’re gonna describe a product, at least mention it has a tiny bit of arnica, but honestly, it didn’t even have that. I won’t be recommending this gel to any of my coworkers.

Turns out, it was just a bulky A4 brochure, which felt like a total waste of cash, packaging, and my time. It was strange to get something I didn’t want or ask for, and it went right in the trash. I like to shop from brands that are mindful of unnecessary packaging, so I probably won’t be ordering from Physique Management again because of this.
